Revenue was flat: FY2025 was $11.2M against $11.2M in FY2024, a change of ($5K) or (0.04%). The script's check that the effects add up to the change passed to the cent, in total and for every family and segment.

| Step | Amount |
| --- | --- |
| FY2024 | $11.2M |
| Volume | ($395K) |
| Mix | $135K |
| Price | $256K |
| FY2025 | $11.2M |

- **Volume:** Total units fell (3.5%), from 176,462 to 170,256. That is the ($395K) volume effect. Print Consumables Enterprise was the largest single row at ($79K).
- **Price:** Price added $256K and offset most of the volume loss. Paper contributed $167K of it. Paper Mid-Market added $75K and Paper Enterprise added $63K. Writing Instruments (($36K)) and Desk Accessories (($44K)) went the other way.
- **Mix:** Mix added $135K in total, but the segments moved sharply. Enterprise lost ($627K) of mix, while SMB added $399K and Mid-Market added $362K. Paper Enterprise alone lost ($300K).
- **What I can't tell you:** The data doesn't show why Enterprise units fell or why prices moved. Contract and discount data by account would answer that.
