Four of 26 balance-sheet accounts moved more than 10.0% and more than $50K from Nov 2025 to Dec 2025. The trial balance sums to zero in every period. The full note is in `output/flux-note.md` and the script's figures are in `output/flux.json`.

**What needs a look, most urgent first:**

1. **Sales tax payable moved ($68K), (291.9%).** This looks like an error. The liability grew by more than its whole November balance, and nothing in the trial balance explains it. Ask Marcus Oyelaran for the sales tax subledger and the reconciliation behind the December balance.
2. **Goods received not invoiced moved $63K, 344.2%, and its sign flipped.** It normally carries a credit balance but now shows a $45K debit. Ask Tomas Herrera what was posted in December and whether part of it belongs in payables or inventory.
3. **Construction in progress moved ($72K), (100.0%), down to $0.** This is probably a reclass: account 1400 moved by exactly the opposite amount, so the two cancel out. Priya Raman should confirm the entry, for example a project being placed in service.
4. **Inventory moved $210K, 17.3%.** This could have a business reason, such as a year-end purchase or a seasonal build. Ask Marcus Oyelaran to confirm.

**Below the threshold but worth a glance:**
- Accrued expenses moved ($25K), (37.9%).
- Accrued freight moved ($11K), (36.9%).
- Allowance for doubtful accounts moved ($7K), (29.8%).

Each reading is a question for the account owner until they confirm it. The trial balance alone doesn't show the cause.
