I wrote the review to `output/register-note.md`, with the script's figures in `output/register.json`. Before anyone relies on it, note that it checks review dates against 1 January 2026, the skill's default, not today (3 October 2026).

**What the review says:** of 20 assumptions, 4 are flagged.
- **Out of date (not reviewed in over 180 days):** A-09 Inventory turns, owned by Tomas Herrera, and A-13 Line of credit interest rate, owned by Dana Whitfield.
- **No owner:** A-16 Merit increase.
- **Changed with no source:** A-04 Average headcount went from 23.00 to 23.75. It feeds the Headcount driver, so planned operating costs depend on it. Elena Brandt is the owner.

Five values changed in the Current version. The other four changes have a recorded source: active customers, gross margin, list price increase and days sales outstanding.

**Things to check before you share it:**

1. **The date it's measured against.** I ran it again as of today for comparison only; that run isn't in the note. Measured from today, all 20 assumptions are out of date, not 2. If the plan is being locked now, the review should probably use today's date. Tell me and I'll rerun it and rewrite the note.
2. **Rounded percentages.** The script rounds percentages to one decimal place. In the register, the line of credit rate is 0.0725 but shows as 7.3%. Gross margin is 0.2655 but shows as 26.6%. The note uses the rounded figures, as the house rules require, so check the register if the exact rate matters.
3. **Missing owners in the actions.** The script output doesn't name owners for the active customers and gross margin assumptions. So the last action is addressed to "revenue and margin owners" rather than to named people.
