I built the 13-week forecast, and it breaches the minimum-cash covenant once, in week 5. The script reconciled to the cent: the opening balance plus every line equals the week 13 closing balance.

- **Headline:** Cash closes week 13 at $800K against an opening balance of $968K. The low point is week 5, starting 2026-02-02, at $736K against the $750K minimum.
- **Covenant:** Week 5 is the only breach, with headroom of ($14K). Cash is back above the minimum in week 6 and stays there through week 13, which ends with $50K of headroom.
- **Actions in the memo:** Four options for the treasurer, none sized:
  - collect customer payments earlier;
  - move week 5 vendor payments to week 6;
  - defer capital spending;
  - ask the lender for a waiver or a draw on the credit line.

  Each option lists the data needed to size it and the week by which it must be decided (week 3 or week 4).

I used the default $750K minimum because you didn't give a different one. If the covenant sets another amount, tell me and I'll re-run it.

The forecast covers the weeks of 2026-01-05 to 2026-03-30, but today is 2026-10-03, so the whole period, including the week 5 breach, is already in the past. If you meant to forecast forward from now, I'll need a newer weekly cash file.
