I wrote the FY2026 scenario memo. Base EBITDA is $303K, with a range from ($6K) in Downside to $501K in Upside.

The script ran cleanly, and every scenario walk reconciles to its EBITDA. Every figure in the memo is copied from the script's display strings.

- **Upside:** $501K, up $197K (65.1%) on Base. The drivers are two more active customers, from two Enterprise proposals closing in January, and a January price increase that holds.
- **Downside:** ($6K), down ($309K) from Base. The drivers are three credit-watch accounts lost, a March vendor cost increase that isn't passed through, and higher carrier fuel surcharges.
- **Recommendation:** Plan to Base. The memo lists the signals that would move the plan to Upside or Downside. It also lists two things to prepare now: a pass-through plan for the vendor cost increase and a collections review of the three watch-list accounts.
