The forecast breaches the $750K minimum-cash covenant in one week. Week 5, starting 2026-02-02, closes at $736K, which is ($14K) of headroom. Cash is back above the minimum in week 6 and stays there through week 13.

- **Overall:** cash goes from $968K at the start to $800K at week 13, a net outflow of ($168K). The script's check that the weekly figures add up to that closing balance passed.
- **Other thin weeks:** none of these breach, but headroom is small in week 7 ($23K), week 11 ($31K) and week 4 ($39K).
- **Assumption:** I used the default $750K minimum. If the covenant uses a different level, tell me and I'll re-run.

The memo includes a weekly table and four options for the treasurer, with no amounts attached. Each option says what data would size it and the week by which it must be decided:
- collect from customers earlier, before week 5
- move vendor payments from week 5 to week 6 or later
- defer capex scheduled on or before week 5
- check in the credit agreement how the covenant is tested

Every figure in the memo is copied from the script output, with nothing calculated by hand.
