I built the forecast and wrote the memo. The script reconciled, and the covenant is breached in week 5 (the week of 2026-02-02).

- **Headline:** cash closes week 13 at $800K, against an opening balance of $968K.
- **Covenant:** week 5 is the only breach week. It closes at $736K against the $750K minimum, which leaves headroom of ($14K). Week 6 is back above the minimum, and week 13 has $50K of headroom.
- **Actions:** the memo lists four levers for the treasurer, with the data each would need and a decide-by week. They are pulling collections forward, moving week 5 vendor payments later, deferring capex or tax payments, and asking the lender for a waiver. None are sized.

The covenant minimum is the script default of $750K, because you didn't give one. If your credit agreement sets a different minimum, I'll rerun it with that figure.

The forecast runs 2026-01-05 to 2026-03-30, but today is 2026-10-04, so this horizon is already in the past. If you meant a current 13-week window, the CSV may be the wrong file.
