I've written the review to `assumption_review_fy2026.md`. All 20 assumptions in the register are stale, one has no owner and one has no source.

- **Stale:** every assumption was last reviewed 295–568 days before today (2026-10-03). The oldest are A-09 inventory turns (reviewed March 2025), A-13 line-of-credit rate (June 2025), and A-11 and A-12, the covenant and credit limit (September 2025). I used a 180-day cutoff, which was my choice, so everything lands in the stale bucket.
- **Unowned:** A-16, the merit increase, has no owner.
- **Unsupported:** A-04, headcount, has no source, and its value changed from 23.00 to 23.75.
- **Other source problems:**
  - A-03: the gross margin rose even though its source is a vendor price increase.
  - A-02: revenue per customer doesn't seem to include the 4.5% price rise in A-07.
  - A-15: rent mentions an annual escalator, but the value is unchanged from the prior one.
  - A-06: other opex is described only as "run-rate plus known contracts".
- **Model links:** 14 of 20 assumptions (A-07 to A-20) have no linked driver, so the register can't show the model actually uses them.

The write-up also covers the stale items ranked by risk, cross-checks that should reconcile, and recommended next steps.
