I wrote the memo to `fy2026_scenario_memo.md`. I fixed two figures after a rounding check, and everything is now consistent.

| | Downside | Base | Upside |
|---|---:|---:|---:|
| Revenue | $10.44M | $11.20M | $11.94M |
| Operating profit | −$6K | $303K | $501K |
| Operating margin | −0.1% | 2.7% | 4.2% |

- **Upside (+$197K vs Base):** About $135K comes from two Enterprise wins (44 → 46 customers). About $62K comes from the January price increase holding.
- **Downside (−$309K vs Base):** Losing three credit-watch accounts costs about $203K. The unrecovered vendor cost increase (margin 26.55% → 25.80%) costs about $78K. Higher fuel surcharges add $28K of opex.
- **Asymmetry:** Customer count is the biggest driver in both directions. The downside is larger than the upside, and it takes the business to roughly breakeven.

The CSV has drivers only, so I built operating profit myself: customers × revenue per customer × gross margin, minus headcount cost and other opex. I also treated the January and March effects as full-year, following the "annual driver" label. If your P&L is built differently, the dollar figures will shift. The memo states both assumptions.
