I built the December 2025 deck, but I couldn't apply a house format because I couldn't find one. The working directory held only `scorecard.json` and `mbr.json`, with no template, style guide or earlier deck. I used a plain navy-and-grey layout instead. I haven't opened or rendered the file to check how it looks. If you have a template, point me to it and I'll rebuild on it.

The deck is `output/MBR_2025-12.pptx`, and `output/build_deck.py` regenerates it. It has 8 slides:
1. Title
2. Summary
3. December P&L
4. YTD P&L
5. Largest line-item variances
6. KPI scorecard (8 KPIs)
7. KPI exceptions
8. Appendix with KPI definitions and source files

All figures come from the pre-formatted `display` blocks in the two JSON files, so I didn't recompute anything.

Check these before it goes out:
- **Gross margin target:** the scorecard shows gross margin as "on target" at 26.1% against a 26.0% target. The P&L file budgets 26.8%, so the month is 0.7 points under budget. The summary slide uses the 26.8% budget, but the scorecard slide shows "on target" with the 26.0% figure. Please confirm which target is right.
- **Exceptions list:** the scorecard flags 2 exceptions (DSO and on-time delivery, both off target 3 months running). The P&L file lists 4 (it adds active customers and inventory turns). I used the scorecard's 2 on the summary and all 4 on the exceptions slide.
- **Summary headline:** I wrote "revenue on budget, margin and cash metrics behind". That framing is mine, so edit it if it doesn't match your message.
