I reviewed the file's 16 accruals. December totals $133,234.98, up from $96,864.95 in November (+37.5%). I only had the CSV, so none of this is checked against the support documents.

## Needs action

| ID | Issue | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| AC-14 | `invoice_received = Y`, but it is still accrued. | The invoice is probably already in AP, so this likely double-counts $6,310.20. It is the only accrual in the file with an invoice received. Confirm it isn't in AP, or remove the accrual. |
| AC-07 | `support_ref` is blank. The $5,400 is unchanged and has been open 2 months. | There is nothing to support it. It is also unclear whether the first design milestone was delivered by 12/31. If it wasn't, nothing should be accrued. |
| AC-06 | $7,600 is new, with a PO as the only basis. | A PO is not a liability. Accrue only if the repair work was done by 12/31. If it was not, the accrual should come out. Also check whether this is repair expense or capitalizable. |
| AC-16 | Inbound freight on pre-buy receipts is up 121% ($2,868 to $6,330). | Inbound freight on inventory normally goes into inventory cost, not expense. Check the treatment, and check that the receipts were actually received before year-end. |
| AC-01 | The $12,500 legal estimate is unchanged for 7 months. It is marked `reverses = N` and has no invoice. | It looks like a placeholder. Ask Harlow and Finch for work-in-progress through 12/31. Also confirm whether $12,500 is a cumulative balance or a monthly charge. If monthly, the dispute has accrued about $87.5k. |

## Verify

- **AC-05**, Palmetto Staffing: up 134% ($4,214 to $9,843). The description says "last two weeks", so check that the timesheets cover only unbilled days and don't overlap days already invoiced.
- **AC-11**, Kingsley CAM: up 46% ($4,620 to $6,750). Confirm that the landlord's estimate supports the new figure. Check whether this is a true-up of earlier quarters, which would belong in a different period or account.
- **AC-15**, Swiftway Parcel: up 37%. This is plausible for peak season, but confirm it against the manifest. Only the last week of December should be accrued.
- **AC-13**, Coastline freight: up 25%. The fuel surcharge on AC-14 is 33.9% of freight in both months, so the two are consistent with each other. Confirm AC-13 doesn't include shipments already on the invoice behind AC-14.
- **AC-02**, audit fees: the jump from $9,000 to $18,000 is consistent with the second interim visit. Check it against the engagement letter. It reverses, so confirm the amount is the cumulative unbilled total.

## Looks reasonable

- **AC-03**: +5.7%, supported by the meter reading.
- **AC-04**: flat, contract.
- **AC-08**: +1.1%, usage.
- **AC-09**: −0.7%, which fits a declining loan balance.
- **AC-10**: +1.6%, contract.
- **AC-12**: +3.1%, usage.

## Other

- Only accounts 2100 and 2110 appear. I can't tell whether recurring year-end accruals such as payroll, bonus, PTO, taxes and utilities are booked elsewhere.
- `reverses = N` appears only on AC-01. Confirm that is intended.

I can build a proposed adjustments list or a follow-up request list by owner (Dana, Marcus, Tomas, Elena, Priya) if you want one.
