The script flagged 4 of 26 balance-sheet accounts that moved more than 10.0% and more than $50K from Nov 2025 to Dec 2025. Every balance column in the trial balance sums to zero.

**What needs a look, most urgent first:**

1. **Goods received not invoiced, account 2050: moved $63K, 344.2%, sign flip.** This is a liability that should carry a credit balance, but it now carries a $45K debit. Ask Tomas Herrera what was posted and whether invoices were matched twice or belong in payables.
2. **Sales tax payable, account 2150: moved ($68K), (291.9%).** The liability grew to ($92K), several times November's balance, and the trial balance shows nothing to explain it. That could mean an error. Ask Marcus Oyelaran to check it against December taxable sales and the sales tax reconciliation.
3. **Construction in progress, account 1420: moved ($72K), (100.0%).** It cleared to $0. The script tagged it as a possible reclass with account 1400 because 1400 moved by exactly the opposite amount, so the two cancel out. Ask Priya Raman to confirm the entry, for example a project placed in service.
4. **Inventory, account 1200: moved $210K, 17.3%.** This is probably a business event, but the trial balance can't show which one. Ask Marcus Oyelaran whether it was a year-end purchase or a seasonal build.

**Under the $50K line but worth a glance:** Accrued expenses moved ($25K), (37.9%), and Accrued freight moved ($11K), (36.9%). The freight change may be related to the inventory build and the GRNI flip.
