I ran the flux from Nov 2025 to Dec 2025. Four of 26 balance-sheet accounts moved more than 10.0% and more than $50K, so they need a look. The trial balance sums to zero in every period, so the figures can be used.

**Needs a look, in priority order:**

1. **Sales tax payable moved ($68K), (291.9%).** The liability grew by a multiple of its November balance, and nothing in the trial balance explains it. This looks like an error until someone shows otherwise. Ask **Marcus Oyelaran** for the sales tax reconciliation.
2. **Goods received not invoiced moved $63K, 344.2%, and its sign flipped.** It normally carries a credit balance but now carries a debit. Ask **Tomas Herrera** what was posted in December and whether part of it belongs in payables.
3. **Construction in progress moved ($72K), (100.0%).** Account 1400 moved by exactly the opposite amount, so this is likely a reclass, probably a project placed in service. **Priya Raman** should confirm the entry.
4. **Inventory moved $210K, 17.3%.** This could be a year-end purchase or a seasonal build, but the trial balance doesn't show the cause. **Marcus Oyelaran** should confirm it.

**Below threshold, worth a glance:**
- Accrued expenses moved ($25K), (37.9%).
- Accrued freight moved ($11K), (36.9%).
- Allowance for doubtful accounts moved ($7K), (29.8%).
