I've written the review to `output/register-note.md`, with the script's figures in `output/register.json`. The script's counts reconciled.

**Result:** 4 of the 20 assumptions are flagged, one for each issue below. Separately, 5 values changed in the Current version.

| ID | Assumption | Issue |
| --- | --- | --- |
| A-09 | Inventory turns (Tomas Herrera) | Last reviewed 2025-03-14, so the review is out of date |
| A-13 | Line of credit interest rate (Dana Whitfield) | Last reviewed 2025-06-02, so the review is out of date |
| A-16 | Merit increase | No owner |
| A-04 | Average headcount (Elena Brandt) | Changed from 23.00 to 23.75 with no source; it feeds the Headcount driver |

The other 4 changes all have a source: A-01 Active customers per month, A-03 Gross margin percent, A-07 List price increase and A-08 Days sales outstanding. The review asks who should own A-16 rather than assigning someone.

**Before you circulate it:**

1. **The review date is 2026-01-01, not today (2026-10-03).** That's the script's default, and I didn't override it because you didn't give a date. A review counts as out of date after 180 days, so measured from today the 2 stale reviews would almost certainly be more. If this is a current review rather than a pre-lock snapshot, I can re-run it as of today.
2. **The percentages are rounded to one decimal place.** The register has the credit line rate at 0.0725, which the review shows as 7.3%. The margin change to 0.2655 shows as 26.6%. I copied the script's rounded figures as required, so check A-13 and A-03 against the register if the exact rate matters.
