I built the forecast and wrote the memo. The forecast breaches the covenant in week 5. The script's reconciliation check passed: the opening balance plus every line equals week 13's closing balance to the cent.

**Covenant:**
- Cash starts at $968K and closes week 13 at $800K, a net of ($168K) over the 13 weeks.
- The low point is week 5 (starting 2026-02-02). It closes at $736K, below the $750K minimum, which leaves ($14K) of headroom.
- No other week breaches. Cash is back above the minimum in week 6.
- Week 7 is the next tightest week, with $23K of headroom.

The memo's Actions section lists four options for the treasurer, without amounts. Each says what data would size it:
- **Collect from customers earlier**, in week 4 or 5. Decide by week 4.
- **Move week 5 vendor payments into week 6.** Decide by week 4.
- **Defer any capex scheduled for week 5.** Decide by week 4.
- **Draw on a credit facility, if one exists.** Decide by week 3.

**Check before circulating:** the forecast covers 2026-01-05 to 2026-03-30, but today is 2026-10-03. That window, including the week 5 breach, is already in the past. If you meant to forecast from now, I need a weekly cash file starting in October. The memo also uses the default $750K minimum because none was given. If the actual covenant is different, tell me and I'll rerun it.
