I built the 13-week cash forecast, and it breaches the covenant in one week. In week 5, starting 2026-02-02, cash closes at $736K against the $750K minimum, which is headroom of ($14K).

- **Covenant:** Week 5 is the only breach and the lowest point. Cash is back above the minimum in week 6 and stays above it to the end. The other weeks with little headroom are week 7 at $23K and week 11 at $31K.
- **Overall:** Cash goes from an opening $968K to $800K at week 13, a net outflow of ($168K). Week 13 has $50K of headroom.
- **Checks:** The script's check passed: the opening balance plus every line adds up exactly to the week 13 closing balance. The default $750K minimum was used.

The memo has a headline, the weekly table, covenant bullets, actions and data notes. The actions are options for the treasurer with no amounts attached. They are: collect customer payments sooner, push week 5 vendor payments later, defer any capex, or ask the lender to waive the covenant. Each one says what data would size it and the week by which it must be decided.

**Decision needed:** The forecast runs 2026-01-05 to 2026-03-30, but today is 2026-10-03, so the whole period is already past. The "decide by week 3/4" deadlines no longer apply. If you meant to use a current forecast, send me the up-to-date CSV and I'll rerun it. If this is a look back, I can rewrite the Actions section to suit.
