The forecast breaches the $750K minimum-cash covenant in one week, week 5 (starting 2026-02-02). Cash closes that week at $736K, which leaves headroom of ($14K).

The forecast script ran cleanly, and its check passed: the opening balance plus every line in the CSV exactly equals the week 13 closing balance.

- **Overall:** cash goes from an opening balance of $968K to a week 13 closing balance of $800K, a net of ($168K).
- **Covenant:** week 5 is the only breach. Cash is back above the minimum in week 6 and stays above it for the rest of the 13 weeks. Headroom in the final week is $50K.
- **Tightest weeks other than week 5:** week 7 has $23K of headroom, week 11 has $31K and week 4 has $39K.
- **Actions in the memo:** four options for the treasurer, with no amounts attached:
  - collect from customers earlier;
  - move week 5 vendor payments into week 6;
  - defer capex;
  - draw on available credit for a short period.

  Each one lists the data needed to size it. All four need a decision by week 4, the week starting 2026-01-26.

I used the default $750K minimum because none was given. If the real minimum is different, I'll rerun with it.
