FY2026 EBITDA fell from $452K in Prior to $303K in Current. That's a change of ($149K), or (32.9%). Revenue fell from $11.7M to $11.2M, a change of ($509K), or (4.3%).

The script checked that the walk adds up exactly to the EBITDA change, and every driver that didn't change shows $0.

**What moved EBITDA (each driver moved in turn, in the standard order):**

| Driver | Prior | Current | Months changed | Effect on EBITDA |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Active customers | 46 | 44 | 12 | ($133K) |
| Gross margin | 26.2% | 26.6% | 12 | $39K |
| Headcount | 23.00 | 23.75 | 9 | ($54K) |

Revenue per customer, Cost per head and Other opex did not change, so each shows $0.

**Why EBITDA moved:**
- **Active customers** caused most of the drop. It is also the only reason revenue fell: its revenue effect is ($509K).
- **Headcount** made it worse: it rose in 9 of the 12 months.
- **Gross margin** partly offset both.

The data shows how much each driver moved, but not why. The note asks each driver's owner which documented assumption supports their change. For example, the active customers owner is asked which customers were removed.
