I built the 13-week forecast and wrote the cash memo. The forecast breaches the $750K minimum-cash covenant in one week, week 5.

- **Headline:** Cash closes week 13 at $800K, against an opening balance of $968K.
- **Trough:** Week 5 (week starting 2026-02-02) closes at $736K. That is ($14K) of headroom against the $750K minimum.
- **Recovery:** Cash is back above the minimum in week 6. Headroom in week 13 is $50K.
- **Reconciliation:** The script's roll-forward check passed. Opening balance plus all lines equals the week 13 close to the cent.
- **Input:** `cash_13wk_2026.csv`, 105 rows.

The Actions section lists four levers with no amounts. Each says what data would size it and the week by which it must be decided:
- Pull collections forward ahead of week 5.
- Move week 5 vendor payments to after it.
- Time capex and tax payments away from week 5.
- Ask the lender for a waiver or a temporary reduction of the minimum.

Every figure in the memo is copied from the script's output. I didn't round or calculate anything myself.
