I built the forecast and wrote the memo. The script ran cleanly, and the roll-forward reconciled.

**Covenant flag:** cash breaches the $750K minimum in one week, week 5 (starting 2026-02-02). It closes at $736K, which is ($14K) of headroom. Week 6 recovers, and every other week stays above the minimum.

**Horizon:**
- Cash opens at $968K and closes week 13 at $800K, a net of ($168K).
- Week 13 headroom is $50K.
- The tightest weeks after the breach are week 7 with $23K of headroom and week 11 with $31K.

The memo's Actions section lists four options for the treasurer, each with the data needed to size it and a decision week:
- Pull collections forward.
- Defer vendor payments.
- Time capex and debt service payments.
- Ask the lender about a waiver or revolver draw for week 5.

It gives no amounts for these, because the skill doesn't allow sizing a lever.
