I've built the December 2025 MBR deck at `output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx`. The build script printed:

> December 2025 deck: 6 slides, 63 figures, every one from a source. Wrote output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx and output/deck.json

It passed on the first run. Every figure in the deck is copied from `output/scorecard.json` or `output/mbr.json`. My slide content is in `output/slide-map.json`. The slides are:

1. **Title:** December 2025 Monthly Business Review, InterStationary.
2. **Headline:** operating income came in at $8K against a $13K budget, a variance of ($5K). Revenue was $827K against $824K. Year-to-date revenue is ($362K) under budget. Four of the eight KPIs are off target.
3. **P&L vs budget:** five measures for the month.
4. **KPI scorecard:** all eight KPIs, in the scorecard's order.
5. **Drivers:** the three biggest line variances in the month (Other operating, Cost of goods sold, Technology) and year-to-date revenue.
6. **Watch list:** the four KPIs that are off target, with how many months each has missed.

**Before this goes out:** the two source files give different benchmarks for gross margin. The KPI scorecard marks Gross margin percent as on target: 26.1% against a 26.0% target. The P&L slide shows the same 26.1% against a 26.8% budget, a variance of (0.7). Both appear in the deck as the sources give them, and I haven't tried to reconcile them. Someone should confirm that the KPI target is meant to differ from the budget margin, or the scorecard and the P&L slide will tell readers different things.
