The December 2025 KPI scorecard is done, and it ties to the P&L. **4 of 8 KPIs were on target, and 2 have been off target for three months or more.**

The scorecard script checked three figures against `pnl_fy2025.csv` for December, and all three match:
- **Revenue:** $827K
- **Gross margin percent:** 26.1%
- **Opex percent of revenue:** 25.1%

**Off target for three months or more:**
- **Days sales outstanding:** 51.2 days against a target of 45.0.
- **On-time delivery percent:** 93.3% against 95.0%, a miss of 1.7 points.

**Off target for less than three months:**
- **Active customers:** 40 against 42, for 2 months.
- **Inventory turns:** 5.33 against 6.50, for 1 month only, so it isn't a trend yet.

**On target:** Revenue, gross margin percent, order fill rate percent and opex percent of revenue.

**Rounding:** opex percent of revenue shows 25.1% against a target of 25.3%, but the variance shows as 0.1 points, not 0.2. The underlying figures are 25.11% against 25.25%, and the script rounds each figure on its own. I copied the script's figures as printed and didn't adjust them by hand.

The note covers the two three-month exceptions, each with a question for its owner. The owners are my assumption, since the data doesn't name them: credit and collections for days sales outstanding, and operations for on-time delivery.
