I wrote the full-year commentary to `output/bva-note.md`. The script's figures are in `output/bva.json`, and its reconciliation checks passed.

**Result:** FY2025 revenue was $11.2M against a $11.6M budget, a variance of ($362K), or (3.1%). Operating income was $388K against $583K, a variance of ($195K), or (33.5%). Gross margin was 0.9 points below budget.

**What drove it:**
- **Revenue:** The miss came mostly from three months, July at ($132K), March at ($123K) and August at ($105K). Every other month was within $7K of budget.
- **Costs:** COGS was favourable by $196K, but freight out was unfavourable by ($29K), or (8.3%). Salaries and wages was unfavourable by ($38K) and rent by ($23K).
- **Underspend:** Marketing was favourable by $38K and technology by $25K, and both were underspent all year. Professional fees reversed from a ($31K) peak in March to ($1K) at year end.

**Caveats:**
- The data doesn't show why those three months missed. The note flags this for the sales owners rather than guessing a cause.
- I did not call any variance timing. Only professional fees showed a clear reversal.

The note follows the five-section format the skill requires. Every figure is copied exactly from the script output.
