I wrote the accuracy review to `output/accuracy-note.md` and saved the script's figures to `output/accuracy.json`. The closed months in every version tie to the P&L, and Budget matches the P&L budget.

- **Revenue:** The Budget over-forecast revenue by $362K, or 3.2%. Each reforecast closed that gap, and 9+3 finished within $3K, or 0.02%, with a MAPE of 0.63%.
- **Revenue bias:** 6+6 still ran 2.8% high on revenue after six closed months. It missed 2025-09 by $151K, or 15.0%, which is one large miss. The note flags that the September assumption is worth checking.
- **Operating expenses:** Budget netted to a full-year variance of ($649), or (0.03%), but its monthly MAPE was 4.1%. Large monthly misses cancelled over the year. Its worst month was 2025-05, at $32K, or 15.7%. 9+3 had a MAPE of 0.30%.
- **Caveat:** 9+3 had only three forecast months left, so its low MAPE comes mostly from a short horizon. It does not show that the forecasting improved, and a planner should not anchor on it for a full-year view made earlier.
- **Causes:** The data doesn't show why Budget over-forecast revenue. The note says that customer or order data for July, its worst month, would answer it.

The note follows the pack's five-section format, and every figure is copied from the script output.
