I wrote the memo to `output/cash13-note.md`, with the script's figures in `output/cash13.json`. The forecast drops below the bank's minimum in one week.

**Check this first: the file covers the wrong period.** The CSV runs from the week of 2026-01-05 to the week of 2026-03-30. That's Q1 2026, which is already over; today is 2026-10-03. If Treasury wants the next quarter, I need a CSV covering October onward and I'll rerun it. As it stands, the memo describes a quarter that has already ended.

**What the forecast shows:**
- **Overall:** cash goes from $968K at the start to $800K in week 13, a net outflow of ($168K). Receipts are $3.1M and payments are ($3.3M).
- **Minimum breach:** week 5, starting 2026-02-02, closes at $736K. That's ($14K) below the $750K minimum. It's the only week below the minimum.
- **Recovery:** cash is back above the minimum in week 6 and stays above it through week 13. Headroom at the end is $50K.
- **Thin weeks:** the margin stays small after the breach. Week 7 has $23K of headroom and week 11 has $31K.

**Options in the memo:** to avoid the week 5 breach, the treasurer could:
- pull customer collections forward;
- move week 5 vendor payments to week 6;
- defer capex;
- arrange a waiver or temporary drawdown with the bank.

These are decisions for week 3 or 4. The memo says what data each one needs to be sized, but I didn't estimate any amounts.

**Minimum used:** I used the default $750K because none was given. If the bank's minimum is different, tell me and I'll rerun it. The check that the weekly figures add up to the closing balance passed.
