I wrote the memo, but the CSV covers 5 January to 30 March 2026, not the coming quarter. Today is 3 October 2026, so next quarter would be Q4. Please confirm this is the file Treasury meant, or send the Q4 file and I'll rerun it.

**Result:** cash closes week 13 at $800K, against $968K at the start. Net cash over the 13 weeks is ($168K). The forecast breaches the $750K bank minimum in one week, week 5 (starting 2026-02-02). That week closes at $736K, which is ($14K) of headroom. Cash is back above the minimum in week 6, and week 13 has $50K of headroom.

- **Checks:** The script's roll-forward reconciled to the cent. The memo uses only the script's rounded figures. I assumed the $750K minimum, which is the script's default. Tell me if the bank's number is different.
- **Actions:** The memo lists four options for week 5: pull collections forward, move vendor payments after it, stage capex, or ask the bank for a waiver. It gives no amounts, because sizing them needs ageing, payment schedules and facility terms we don't have. Each one has a decision-by week.
