Yes, but only briefly. The forecast breaches the covenant in one week, week 5, and is thin everywhere else. The roll-forward reconciles to the cent.

- **Headline:** cash goes from $968K at the start to $800K at the end of week 13. That is a net outflow of ($168K) over the period.
- **Breach:** week 5 (starting 2026-02-02) closes at $736K against the $750K minimum, which is ($14K) of headroom. Week 6 recovers to $816K.
- **Thin headroom:** week 7 has $23K, week 11 has $31K, and week 4 has $39K. Week 13 ends with $50K.
- **Actions:** the memo lists four options, each with the data needed to size it. Three (pull forward collections, move vendor payments, defer capex) must be decided by week 4. The fourth, a lender waiver or revolver draw, must be decided by week 3.

**Dates:** the file covers weeks starting 2026-01-05 to 2026-03-30, but today is 2026-10-03. If you meant a forecast starting now, this is the wrong file or an old one.

**Covenant minimum:** I used the default $750K because you didn't give one. If your covenant differs, I'll rerun it.
