I've built the December 2025 review deck at `output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx`.

The build script printed: **"December 2025 deck: 6 slides, 73 figures, every one from a source. Wrote output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx and output/deck.json"**. That means every figure on the slides was copied from your two files, and it passed on the first run.

The six slides are the standard template: title, Headline, P&L vs budget, KPI scorecard, Drivers and Watch list. I chose the wording of the bullets:
- **Headline:** revenue of $827K beat budget by $3K. Operating income came in at $8K against $13K, a variance of ($5K). Year-to-date revenue is ($362K) behind budget. 4 of 8 KPIs are off target.
- **Drivers:** in the month, Other operating and Cost of goods sold were each ($6K) over budget. For the year to date, Revenue was ($362K) under budget and Cost of goods sold was $196K under.
- **Watch list:** the four KPIs that are off target. Days sales outstanding and On-time delivery percent have each missed for 3 months running.

The data comes from `pnl_fy2025.csv` (120 rows, fingerprint `eaa52ac89e97`) and `kpis_fy2025.csv` (96 rows, fingerprint `2e6384a8aaac`).

**Decision for you:** gross margin will look contradictory to readers. The P&L slide shows December gross margin at 26.1% against a 26.8% budget, a variance of (0.7). The KPI scorecard marks the same 26.1% "on target" because it measures against a different target of 26.0%. Both numbers come straight from your files, so I didn't change either. Before the deck goes out, decide which figure the KPI should be measured against, or add a note explaining the two.
