I've written the December 2025 write-up. The script's figures reconciled, and every number comes from its output.

**The month:** December revenue was $827K against a budget of $824K, a small beat. Operating income was $8K against $13K. Cost of goods sold ran over budget, so gross margin was 26.1% against 26.8%. Operating expenses were on budget. Other operating cost ran over budget by $6K.

**The year to date:** Revenue is $11.2M against $11.6M, a shortfall of $362K. Operating income is $388K against $583K. The year does not confirm December's revenue beat. The revenue shortfall is the main reason operating income trails budget.

**KPIs:** Four are off target in December:
- Days sales outstanding, off target three months running.
- On-time delivery, off target three months running.
- Active customers, off target two months running.
- Inventory turns, off target for the first month.

The narrative states no causes for these because the data doesn't show any. It also leaves out December's month-on-month revenue drop (the script prints a decline of $72K from November) because the contract has no place for it.
