I've written the memo. The script reconciled the split to the cent in total and for every family and segment.

FY2025 revenue was $11.2M against $11.2M in FY2024, a change of ($5K), or (0.04%). Price and mix offset a volume decline.

| Step | Amount |
| --- | --- |
| FY2024 | $11.2M |
| Volume | ($395K) |
| Mix | $135K |
| Price | $256K |
| FY2025 | $11.2M |

- **Price:** Paper drove it, adding $167K. Paper Mid-Market contributed $75K and Paper Enterprise $63K.
- **Mix by segment:** Enterprise lost ($627K) of mix, while SMB gained $399K and Mid-Market $362K. Paper Enterprise alone was ($300K) of mix.
- **Largest family gain:** Print Consumables added $83K, from price of $125K and mix of $86K, against ($128K) of volume.
- **Negative price:** Writing Instruments (($36K)) and Desk Accessories (($44K)) both had it. The data doesn't show why, and contract and discount data would answer it.

The memo also has a by-family table and a data-notes line (18 rows, sha256 `5ced03ec721c`).
