Done. I've written the FY2024 to FY2025 price-volume-mix analysis to `output/pvm-note.md`.

**Key findings:**

Revenue was flat at $11.2M both years, with a ($5K) decline. Here's what drove the change:
- **Volume headwind** of ($395K) — units fell 3.5% across the portfolio
- **Mix benefit** of $135K — significant shift away from Enterprise (down $749K) to Mid-Market (+$335K) and SMB (+$409K)
- **Price gains** of $256K — increases across all families, but insufficient to offset volume declines

**Growth came from two families:**
- **Print Consumables** (+$83K) on price strength ($125K) despite volume pressure
- **Breakroom** (+$53K) on favorable mix ($71K) and prices ($28K)

**Pressure came from:**
- **Writing Instruments** (−$90K) with both price and mix headwinds
- **Desk Accessories** (−$35K) weighed by price declines
- **Paper** (−$20K) despite strong $167K price gains, offset by volume and mix

The story: Mix shifting toward smaller segments with price increases couldn't overcome the 6,200 unit volume decline across the product portfolio.
