FY2025 revenue was $11.2M against $11.2M in FY2024, a change of ($5K), or (0.04%). Price and mix almost exactly offset the volume decline. The script reconciled the three effects to the cent.

| Step | Amount |
| --- | --- |
| FY2024 | $11.2M |
| Volume | ($395K) |
| Mix | $135K |
| Price | $256K |
| FY2025 | $11.2M |

- **Price:** Paper led, adding $167K. Paper Mid-Market contributed $75K and Paper Enterprise $63K. Writing Instruments (($36K)) and Desk Accessories (($44K)) went the other way.
- **Volume:** Every family lost volume. Print Consumables lost the most at ($128K), and Print Consumables Enterprise accounted for ($79K) of that.
- **Mix:** Enterprise lost ($627K) on mix, and Paper Enterprise alone lost ($300K). Mid-Market added $362K and SMB added $399K, so the shift toward smaller segments offset most of that loss.
- **Open question:** The data doesn't show why Writing Instruments and Desk Accessories fell on price. Discount and contract terms by account would answer it.
