FY2025 revenue was $11.2M against $11.2M in FY2024, a change of ($5K) or (0.04%). Price and mix almost exactly cancelled a volume decline. The script's check that the effects add up to the change passed to the cent. I haven't re-read the finished note after the last edit.

| Step | Amount |
| --- | --- |
| FY2024 | $11.2M |
| Volume | ($395K) |
| Mix | $135K |
| Price | $256K |
| FY2025 | $11.2M |

- **Volume:** Total units fell (3.5%), from 176,462 to 170,256. This is the whole ($395K) volume effect.
- **Price:** Price added $256K. Paper contributed $167K and Print Consumables $125K. Writing Instruments (($36K)) and Desk Accessories (($44K)) went the other way.
- **Mix:** Mix added $135K, driven by a shift between segments:
  - Enterprise had a mix effect of ($627K).
  - Mid-Market added $362K and SMB added $399K.
  - Paper Enterprise alone had a mix effect of ($300K).
- **Cause:** The data doesn't show why Enterprise units fell. Order-level or customer-level data would answer that.

The note also has a table by product family. The files are in `output/`:
