The December 2025 close ran 30 tasks with 3 late, and the reporting package (CL-30) went out 1 day late, on WD+6 instead of WD+5. All 30 tasks are complete, and the script's checks that the counts add up passed.

**What caused the delay:** CL-17, the accrual register sign-off owned by Dana Whitfield, was due WD+2 and finished WD+4, 2 days late. It was the only late task on the critical path, so it's what pushed the reporting package. The critical path ran CL-01 → CL-02 → CL-05 → CL-16 → CL-17 → CL-28 → CL-29 → CL-30.

**Late, but didn't hold up the package:** CL-08, cycle count adjustments, owned by Marcus Oyelaran. It was due WD+1 and finished WD+2, 1 day late.

**Exceptions:**
- **Done out of order:** CL-21, the fixed asset roll-forward owned by Priya Raman, was finished WD+1. The task it depends on, CL-20, didn't finish until WD+2.
- **No evidence attached:** CL-11, AP cutoff review, owned by Tomas Herrera, and CL-24, sales tax return, owned by Marcus Oyelaran.

**What to fix for next month:**
1. **Dana Whitfield:** get CL-17 signed off by WD+2. Fixing this one task should bring the reporting package back to WD+5.
2. **Ruth Calloway:** check in with Dana on CL-17 at WD+2 so CL-28, CL-29 and CL-30 can start on time.
3. **Priya Raman:** don't start CL-21 until CL-20 is done.
4. **Tomas Herrera and Marcus Oyelaran:** attach evidence before marking a task complete. Marcus also needs to post CL-08 by WD+1.

The checklist doesn't record why CL-17 ran late, so ask Dana what held it up before changing the schedule.
