The December close finished all 30 tasks, but the monthly reporting package (CL-30) went out 1 day late, at WD+6 against a WD+5 due date. Three tasks were late, one ran out of order, and two have no evidence attached. The script's count checks passed.

**Late tasks**
- **CL-17, accrual register sign-off (Dana Whitfield):** due WD+2, done WD+4, 2 days late. It is the first late task on the critical path and the cause of the reporting delay.
- **CL-08, cycle count adjustments (Marcus Oyelaran):** 1 day late, but not on the critical path.
- **CL-30, reporting package (Ruth Calloway):** 1 day late, because of CL-17.

**Other exceptions**
- **Out of order:** Priya Raman finished CL-21 (fixed asset roll-forward) at WD+1, before CL-20 (the depreciation run it depends on) finished at WD+2.
- **No evidence:** CL-11 (AP cutoff review, Tomas Herrera) and CL-24 (sales tax return, Marcus Oyelaran) are marked complete with no evidence reference.

**What to fix for January**
1. **Dana Whitfield:** start the accrual sign-off on time. Tomas Herrera and Marcus Oyelaran should finish the freight accrual (CL-09) and accrued expense entries (CL-16) earlier so the review has its inputs.
2. **Ruth Calloway:** plan the package issue around a WD+2 sign-off, and check whether it can go out by WD+5.
3. **Priya Raman:** run CL-21 after CL-20. The data doesn't show whether the roll-forward numbers changed, so ask her.
4. **Tomas Herrera and Marcus Oyelaran:** attach evidence to CL-11 and CL-24, and start CL-08 earlier.
