I've written the FY2026 scenario memo to `fy2026_scenario_memo.md`. I computed the figures from the CSV drivers with a short script.

| | Base | Upside | Downside |
|---|---:|---:|---:|
| Revenue | $11.20M | $11.94M | $10.44M |
| Gross profit | $2.97M | $3.17M | $2.69M |
| Operating expense | $2.67M | $2.67M | $2.70M |
| Operating income | $303K | $501K | ($6K) |

- **Base:** The operating margin is 2.7%, so a small miss would wipe out most of the income.
- **Upside:** It adds $197K of operating income. Two Enterprise proposals close in January and the price increase holds. The CSV keeps headcount and other costs flat in this scenario.
- **Downside:** It takes operating income down $309K, to a small loss of about $6K. Losing three accounts, the March vendor cost increase and higher fuel surcharges drive the drop.

The memo also has a change-versus-Base table, the assumptions behind each scenario and the watch items. The CSV has no timing information, so the figures are annual and the January and March events aren't phased by month.
