I've written the review to `output/register-note.md`, with the script's figures in `output/register.json`. Of 20 assumptions, 4 are flagged, and the script's checks passed.

**Flagged:**
- **Stale review:** A-09 Inventory turns, owned by Tomas Herrera and last reviewed 2025-03-14. A-13 Line of credit interest rate, owned by Dana Whitfield and last reviewed 2025-06-02.
- **No owner:** A-16 Merit increase.
- **Unsourced change:** A-04 Average headcount went from 23.00 to 23.75 in the Current version with no source. It feeds the Headcount driver; Elena Brandt owns it.

Five values changed in total. The other four all have a source recorded.

**Before you circulate it:**

1. **The review measures staleness from 2026-01-01, not today (2026-10-04).** That's the default review date the review template sets (it assumes a January plan lock), and you didn't give a different one. Measured from today, many more assumptions would probably be stale, since every review in the register is from 2025. If you want the review as of today, I can rerun it with today's date.
2. **The percentages are rounded to one decimal place.** The line of credit rate is 0.0725, which shows as 7.3% rather than 7.25%. Gross margin is 0.2655, which shows as 26.6% rather than 26.55%. The template requires the figures exactly as the script displays them, so I kept them that way. Check whether that precision is enough for the bank rate.
