I've written the review to `output/register-note.md`, with the script's figures in `output/register.json`. 4 of the 20 assumptions are flagged. One caveat matters before you rely on the review: staleness was measured from 1 January 2026, not today.

**What's flagged**
- **No recent review (2):** A-09 Inventory turns, owned by Tomas Herrera, was last reviewed 2025-03-14. A-13 Line of credit interest rate, owned by Dana Whitfield, was last reviewed 2025-06-02.
- **No owner (1):** A-16 Merit increase. The review asks who should own it.
- **Changed with no source (1):** A-04 Average headcount went from 23.00 to 23.75 with no source recorded. It feeds the Headcount driver, so the change flows straight into opex.

Five values changed in total. Apart from A-04, each has a source recorded:
- A-01 Active customers: 46 to 44
- A-03 Gross margin: 26.2% to 26.6%
- A-07 List price increase: 4.0% to 4.5%
- A-08 Days sales outstanding: 45 to 47

The script's counts check out against each other.

**Caveat: the review date.** The review script measures staleness from 1 January 2026 by default, and a review counts as stale after 180 days. Today is 4 October 2026, so the stale count is almost certainly too low: every assumption last reviewed before early April 2026 would be stale as of today. I kept the default because the instructions say to change it only when you give a date. Do you want me to re-run it as of today?
