I've built the forecast and written the memo. Cash drops below the $750K minimum in one week: week 5, starting 2026-02-02, closes at $736K, which is ($14K) under. It's back above the minimum in week 6 and stays there through week 13.

| | |
| --- | --- |
| Opening balance | $968K |
| Week 13 closing balance | $800K |
| Net over 13 weeks | ($168K) |
| Week 13 headroom over the minimum | $50K |

The script's reconciliation check passed: the opening balance plus every receipt and payment equals the week 13 closing balance to the cent. I used the default $750K minimum because none was given. If your covenant sets a different level, tell me and I'll rerun it.

The memo has the weekly table, the covenant section and four options for the treasurer, without amounts:
- **Collect earlier:** bring customer collections in before week 5.
- **Pay vendors later:** move week 5 vendor payments into week 6.
- **Defer capex:** push back capex payments due in or before week 5.
- **Talk to the lender:** arrange a covenant waiver or a credit line draw as a backstop.

Each option lists the data needed to size it. The first three need a decision by week 4; the lender option needs one by week 3 to give the lender time.

The data runs from 2026-01-05 to 2026-03-30, but today is 2026-10-04, so this whole window is in the past. If you meant to forecast forward from now, check that this is the right CSV.
