The forecast shows one covenant breach. Week 5, starting 2026-02-02, closes at $736K against the $750K minimum, a headroom of ($14K).

- **The numbers reconcile.** The script checked that the opening balance plus every cash line equals the week 13 closing balance to the cent.
- **Over the 13 weeks,** cash goes from $968K to $800K, a net of ($168K).
- **Recovery:** week 6 closes at $816K, back above the minimum. Week 13 closes with $50K of headroom.
- **Week 7 is the next tightest week,** with only $23K of headroom. A shortfall that moves the week 5 problem a week later could cause a second breach there.

The memo suggests four options for the treasurer, with no amounts attached:
- Collect from customers earlier, before week 5 (decide by week 3).
- Push week 5 vendor payments to week 6 or later (decide by week 4).
- Delay any capital spending planned for week 5 (decide by week 4).
- Check with the lender whether the minimum is tested every week (decide by week 4).

Each option lists the data needed to size it. The memo doesn't size them, because none of those figures came from the script.

I used the default $750K minimum because you didn't give one. If your covenant uses a different figure, tell me and I'll rerun it.
