Cash dips below the covenant in one week. Week 5 (starting 2026-02-02) closes at $736K against the $750K minimum, about $14K short. Cash is back above the minimum in week 6 and stays above it through week 13.

The forecast script ran without errors. Its check confirms that the opening balance plus every weekly line adds up exactly to the final closing balance.

**Results**
- **Overall:** cash goes from $968K at the start to $800K at the end of week 13, a net outflow of $168K.
- **Lowest point:** week 5, at $736K, which is the covenant breach.
- **Close calls:** week 7 is only $23K above the minimum and week 11 only $31K above. They don't breach, but there is little margin if collections slip.

**Options in the memo for the treasurer** (none are sized; each one lists the data needed to size it):
- Collect some customer payments due in week 6 earlier, in week 5 or before.
- Move vendor payments due in week 5 to week 6.
- Put off discretionary capital spending planned for weeks 3 to 5.
- Check with the lender whether the covenant is tested on each week's closing cash or only at period end.

I used the default $750K minimum because no other figure was given. If your agreement sets a different level, tell me and I'll rerun the forecast.
