I've built the December 2025 MBR deck at `output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx`. The build script passed every check on the first run and printed:

> December 2025 deck: 6 slides, 62 figures, every one from a source. Wrote output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx and output/deck.json

The slide map I wrote is `output/slide-map.json`, and the script's check report is `output/deck.json`.

**What's on the slides I wrote:**
- **Headline:** operating income was $8K against a $13K budget, a gap of ($5K). Revenue was $827K, $3K over budget but down ($72K) on November. Year to date, operating income is ($195K) behind budget. 4 of 8 KPIs are off target.
- **Drivers:** three items for the month: Other operating at ($6K), Cost of goods sold at ($6K) and Technology at $4K. One item for the year to date: Revenue at ($362K).
- **Watch list:** the four KPIs that are off target. Days sales outstanding and On-time delivery percent have each been off target for 3 months.

**Your two source files disagree on gross margin.** In `scorecard.json` its target is 26.0%, so it shows as "on target" at 26.1%. In `mbr.json` its budget is 26.8%, so the P&L slide shows it (0.7) below budget. The deck copies both files as they are, so slides 3 and 4 give different answers. I haven't changed either figure. Someone should confirm which target is right before the deck goes out.
