FY2025 revenue was $11.2M, the same as FY2024's $11.2M. The net change was ($5K), or (0.04%). Units fell (3.5%), from 176,462 to 170,256 cartons, which cost ($395K) in volume. Mix added $135K and price added $256K, which together almost fully offset the volume loss.

The script exited cleanly and confirmed that prior year + volume + mix + price equals current year to the cent. That holds for the total and for every family and segment. All rows use cartons, so the units can be added across rows.

| Step | Amount |
| --- | --- |
| FY2024 | $11.2M |
| Volume | ($395K) |
| Mix | $135K |
| Price | $256K |
| FY2025 | $11.2M |

**What drove it:**
- **Mix: units moved from Enterprise to smaller customers.** Enterprise lost ($749K), with mix at ($627K) and volume at ($220K). Price added $98K there. Paper Enterprise alone took ($300K) of mix. SMB added $409K and Mid-Market added $335K, mostly from mix of $399K and $362K.
- **Price came mainly from Paper and Print Consumables.** Paper's price effect was $167K, led by Paper Mid-Market at $75K and Paper Enterprise at $63K. Print Consumables added $125K from price.
- **Two families lost on price.** Writing Instruments fell ($90K), with price, mix and volume all negative. Desk Accessories also lost on price, at ($44K).

The data shows these movements but not their causes. Customer-level discount and price-list data would explain the price changes and why Enterprise volume moved to the smaller segments.
