| Step | Amount |
| --- | --- |
| FY2024 | $11.2M |
| Volume | ($395K) |
| Mix | $135K |
| Price | $256K |

- **Price:** Paper added $167K, led by Paper Mid-Market at $75K and Paper Enterprise at $63K. Writing Instruments lost ($36K) and Desk Accessories lost ($44K) to price. The data doesn't show why. Discount and contract terms by customer would answer it.
- **Volume:** Every family lost volume, and Print Consumables lost the most at ($128K). Total units fell (3.5%), from 176,462 to 170,256.
- **Mix:** Enterprise lost ($627K) to mix, and Paper Enterprise alone lost ($300K). Mid-Market added $362K and SMB added $399K. Revenue shifted from Enterprise toward the smaller segments.

The note also has a by-family table and a data-source line (18 rows, sha256 `5ced03ec721c`).
