The December 2025 true-up is **(1,620.00)**. The four programs earned 165,272.24, but 166,892.24 was booked, so the rebate was over-accrued. The script ran without errors, and the rebate credits in the AP registers match the credits to account 1150 in the GL.

**Proposed entry:** debit 5090 Vendor rebates 1,620.00, credit 1150 Vendor rebates receivable 1,620.00. After it, the receivable is 35,251.94 and rebate income for the year is 165,272.24.

**One open question could flip the result:**
- **Invoice:** APM-24454 from Ardent Paper Mills, 23,860.00, dated 2025-12-18. It's a mill direct shipment to Lumen Retail with no item class, so it was left out.
- **Who to ask:** Owen Castellanos, the contact for the Ardent program, should check with Ardent whether the program counts it.
- **If it counts:** Ardent moves up to tier 3 and its rebate rises by 8,278.87. The true-up becomes 6,658.87 instead of (1,620.00). Without this line, Ardent is 11,246.57 short of that tier.

**The memo's review points also cover:**
- **Bluewater:** 9 lines worth 221,166.51 under "Bluewater Writing Company" were counted toward Bluewater Writing Co., because the program file lists that name as an alias. AP could merge the two vendor records.
- **Corbel:** its program pays a different rate on each band of purchases, so the 2.5% shown is an average across them, not its top rate.
- **Dunmore:**
  - Invoice DPS-23809, 37,705.41, appeared twice in the H2 register, so the second copy was dropped.
  - Credit CN-DPS-0461, (5,940.00), from the side file was applied because it isn't keyed in AP yet.
  - Credit CN-DPS-0447 was not applied because it's already in the register.
