The December 2025 true-up memo is written. The programs earned 165,272.24 and 166,892.24 was booked, so the true-up is (1,620.00). The script's identity checks passed, including the rebate credits in the registers tying to the receivable credits in the GL.

**Proposed entry**
- Debit 5090 Vendor rebates, 1,620.00.
- Credit 1150 Vendor rebates receivable, 1,620.00.
- After the entry, the receivable is 35,251.94 and rebate income is 165,272.24.

**Review points in the memo**
- **Ardent (RB-ARD):** it is 11,246.57 short of its next floor of 1,500,000.00.
- **Bluewater (RB-BLW):** 9 lines under the name "Bluewater Writing Company" were merged into the program.
- **Corbel (RB-COR):** it is incremental, so its 2.5% is an effective rate.
- **Dunmore (RB-DUN):** one duplicate line was dropped, and credit CN-DPS-0461 for (5,940.00) was applied because it was not yet keyed in AP.

**Open question for Owen Castellanos:** line APM-24454 (Ardent, 23,860.00, "Mill direct ship to Lumen Retail") has no item class, so I left it out. If Ardent's program counts it, RB-ARD moves to tier 3, its rebate rises by 8,278.87, and the true-up becomes 6,658.87. I have not booked anything on that basis.
