The December 2025 rebate true-up memo is written. The programs earned 165,272.24 and 166,892.24 was booked, so the true-up is (1,620.00). The script's identity checks passed, including the registers' rebate credits tying to the GL. I did not book the entry.

**Proposed entry:**
- Debit 5090 Vendor rebates, 1,620.00.
- Credit 1150 Vendor rebates receivable, 1,620.00.

That leaves the receivable at 35,251.94 and rebate income at 165,272.24.

**Review points:**
- **Ardent (retro):** it is 11,246.57 short of its next floor of 1,500,000.00.
- **Bluewater:** nine lines were billed as "Bluewater Writing Company". The script merged them into the program, and AP could merge the two vendor records.
- **Corbel (incremental):** its 2.5% is the effective rate over its bands, not the rate of the tier reached.
- **Dunmore:** the script dropped duplicate line DPS-23809 and applied side-file credit CN-DPS-0461 of (5,940.00).

**Open question for Owen Castellanos:** Ardent invoice APM-24454 for 23,860.00 has no class and is a mill direct ship to Lumen Retail. It is left out of the figures. If Ardent counts it, Ardent reaches tier 3, earned rises by 8,278.87, and the true-up becomes 6,658.87 instead of (1,620.00). The entry should wait on that answer if you can get it before posting.
