The December 2025 true-up is (1,620.00): the four programs earned 165,272.24 and 166,892.24 was booked. The script's identity checks passed, including the registers' rebate credits tying to the credits in the GL. I haven't posted the entry.

**Proposed entry:**
- Debit 5090 Vendor rebates, 1,620.00.
- Credit 1150 Vendor rebates receivable, 1,620.00.
- After it, the receivable is 35,251.94 and rebate income is 165,272.24.

**Review points:**
- **Ardent (RB-ARD):** it is 11,246.57 short of its 1,500,000.00 floor. It is a retro program, so reaching that floor lifts the rate on the whole year.
- **Bluewater (RB-BLW):** 9 lines, 221,166.51, sit under the name "Bluewater Writing Company". The script merged them into the program because that name is listed as an alias. AP could merge the two vendor records.
- **Corbel (RB-COR):** it is incremental, so its 2.5% is the effective rate across its bands, not the rate of the tier reached.
- **Dunmore (RB-DUN):** the script dropped duplicate DPS-23809 of 37,705.41. It applied credit note CN-DPS-0461 of (5,940.00) from the side file.

**One open question:** APM-24454, Ardent, 23,860.00, is a mill direct ship to Lumen Retail with no item class. I left it out, as the rules require. The memo asks Owen Castellanos whether the Ardent program counts it. If it does, RB-ARD reaches tier 3, earned rises by 8,278.87, and the true-up flips to 6,658.87. That would change the entry, so it's worth settling before you post.
