I built the FY2025 bridge and wrote the commentary note. FY2025 revenue was $11,238K against $11,243K in FY2024, a change of ($5K), or (0.04%). The script's check that the bridge reconciles to the cent passed.

| Step | Amount |
| --- | --- |
| FY2024 | $11,243K |
| Timing | $53K |
| Loss | ($1,288K) |
| Decline | ($443K) |
| Upsell | $1,211K |
| New | $463K |
| FY2025 | $11,238K |

Revenue was flat overall, but only because large gains and losses offset each other:
- **Losses:** 4 lost customers removed ($1,288K). Fenwick Legal ($686K) and Birchway Foods ($503K) account for most of it.
- **Upsell:** 23 customers added $1,211K, led by Harbor Freight Partners at $148K.
- **New:** 6 new customers added $463K, led by Thistle Gardens at $116K.
- **Decline:** 11 customers shrank by ($443K), led by Driftwood Media at ($113K).

The data doesn't show why customers left or shrank, and the note says so. Each rounded amount stands on its own, so the table rows don't add exactly to FY2025. The note says this too.
