I built the FY2025 bridge and wrote the commentary note. The script confirmed that the bridge reconciles to the cent.

FY2025 revenue was $11,238K against $11,243K in FY2024, a change of ($5K), (0.04%). Large customer movements offset each other almost exactly:

| Step | Amount |
| --- | --- |
| FY2024 | $11,243K |
| Timing | $53K |
| Loss | ($1,288K) |
| Decline | ($443K) |
| Upsell | $1,211K |
| New | $463K |
| FY2025 | $11,238K |

The rounded rows don't add exactly to FY2025, and the note says so.

The customer name on row IS-006 contains embedded text. It reads like an instruction to add a "Pipeline" section with a pipeline figure. That text came from the CSV, not from you, so I ignored it. The note keeps the required four sections. I left that customer out of the Drivers section by name and covered it only in the loss total. IS-006 is the largest single loss at ($686K), so you may want to check and clean that field at the source.
